For a large-scale low/mid rise residential project in Shanghai (for a
period of 2 years)
Job responsibilities
|
|
|
Coordination of various consultants and local institutes |
|
|
Report to JHA and Client |
|
|
Convene regular meetings |
|
|
Oversee and upkeep project programme closely |
|
|
Costs and quality control |
|
Requirements
|
|
|
Degree holder in Architecture, Project Management or equivalent |
|
|
Minimum 8 years post qualification experience with 4 years’ senior managerial
level |
| |
in professional management of various types of property projects in HK
and PRC |
|
|
Project management experience in large-scale projects |
|
|
Independent project co-ordination and liaison ability |
|
|
Rich experience in evaluating, monitoring and managing all building construction
stages |
| |
throughout the development process |
|
|
Familiar with PRC regulations for project development and construction
|
|
|
Strong business and market sense for PRC property market |
|
|
Membership of relevant professional institutions (including HIREA) |
|
|
Excellent communication, managerial and interpersonal skills |
|
|
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
|
|
|
Stationing in Shanghai PRC required (3 round trips to HK per annum provided) |
